Venture-capital firms are pouring a record amount of cash into AI agricultural software startups, reports the WSJ. Vancouver startup Semiosbio Technologies Inc., which offers an AI-based service to help farmers manage crops and control pests, has raised about $200 million to date and is valued at more than $1 billion.
